HICAPS is the automatic and electronic way to claim your
rebate at the same time you pay for your massage. Being
able to claim your rebate via HICAPS means only being out-of-pocket
the difference between our charge and your rebate (better
known as the 'Gap Payment'). It should be remembered though
that all health funds will make their own descisions in-house
about which modalities they will allow on their own HICAPS
Schedule.
Below is a list of the Health Funds that currently offer
rebate via HICAPS for massage therapy. If you are a member
of any of these then you can certainly bring your membership
card with you to your appointment and we can swipe it
through our HICAPS Terminal to make your claim.
